These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CSP Music Group ("CSP," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of CSP-controlled websites, educational resources, Artist Assessment and Career Snapshot experiences, consultation scheduling, account areas, private review tools, and related Artist Platform features.
1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using a CSP online service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable online service.
If you enter into a signed proposal, service agreement, project agreement, payment authorization, or other written contract with CSP, that document governs the paid work it covers. If a specific signed agreement conflicts with these general website Terms on a service-specific issue, the signed agreement controls for that issue.
These Terms do not, by themselves, create a recording agreement, management agreement, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or entitlement to CSP services.
Age
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, use CSP's online services with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through CSP's public forms or Assessment.
2. What the CSP platform provides
CSP's public website is designed to educate artists, help them understand possible career needs, provide structured discovery and Assessment experiences, offer consultation scheduling, and connect authorized users to CSP account and client workflows.
CSP may add, modify, pause, replace, or remove website or platform features as the product and business evolve. We may also correct errors, change educational material, update questions, or revise workflows without preserving every prior public presentation.
The availability of a lesson, Assessment pathway, service-discovery page, or website feature does not mean that a particular paid service is appropriate for you or currently available.
3. Artist Assessment, Career Snapshot, and CSP Artist Blueprint™
The Artist Assessment collects information you provide about your career, music, readiness, brand, audience, promotion, business foundation, capacity, and goals. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
A Career Snapshot may organize or summarize self-reported Assessment evidence. It is not a guarantee of readiness, success, eligibility, funding, placement, revenue, audience growth, chart performance, media coverage, radio airplay, streaming performance, or any other outcome.
The CSP Artist Blueprint™ is a CSP strategy and planning methodology. Completing an Assessment does not automatically create a final, approved, or published Blueprint and does not obligate CSP to recommend or sell a service. Where a Blueprint is produced, its recommendations depend on the evidence and context available at that time and may change as circumstances change.
Assessment results are intended to improve the quality of the next decision. They are not a promise that spending money, hiring CSP, or following a recommendation will produce a particular entertainment-industry result.
4. Consultation scheduling
When you request a consultation, you authorize CSP to use the information you submit to prepare for and administer the requested appointment. Available times shown through the production scheduler are subject to final availability confirmation.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, scheduling or attending a consultation does not obligate you to purchase a service and does not obligate CSP to accept a project.
You are responsible for providing a working phone number and accurate appointment information and for following the calling instructions shown in your confirmation. If you need to change an appointment, use the rescheduling or contact process CSP makes available at that time.
5. Accounts, private links, and secure access
Some CSP features require an authenticated account or a private invitation link. You are responsible for protecting credentials, access links, and devices used to reach private CSP material.
Do not share account credentials or private review links with unauthorized people, attempt to access another person's account or project, bypass access controls, or use a temporary media/download link outside the purpose for which CSP issued it.
CSP may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account, project, client, CSP system, or legal right, or when we reasonably believe access is unauthorized or these Terms have been materially violated.
6. Electronic actions, selections, notes, and approvals
CSP online workflows may allow you to submit notes, request revisions, choose a version, approve a deliverable, confirm a consultation, or take another action that is recorded with a timestamp and project/account context.
When the interface clearly identifies an action as a confirmation, selection, approval, acceptance, or submission, you understand that CSP may preserve that action as business or project evidence. The consequences of a client approval or acceptance are governed by the applicable project workflow and any signed service agreement.
Review the information on screen before submitting a final action. If you believe an action was recorded incorrectly or without authorization, contact CSP promptly.
7. Your music, files, links, and other materials
You retain the ownership rights you already have in music, recordings, artwork, photos, files, writing, links, and other materials you provide to CSP. These Terms do not transfer your copyright ownership to CSP.
By submitting material through an authorized CSP workflow, you give CSP and the service providers supporting that workflow permission to host, copy, transmit, display, review, process, or otherwise use the material as reasonably necessary to provide the requested platform function or CSP service, maintain related business records, protect the system, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and to authorize CSP to process it for the requested purpose. Do not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Project-specific ownership, work-for-hire, licensing, delivery, publishing, master, royalty, or usage terms are controlled by the written agreement for that project—not by this general website paragraph.
8. CSP intellectual property
The CSP website and platform, including its original design, software, copy, educational material, lessons, graphics, logos, navigation, frameworks, Assessment structure, Career Snapshot presentation, CSP Artist Blueprint™ methodology and presentation, and other CSP-created content are owned by CSP or used with permission, except where otherwise stated.
CSP gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use public website content for your own personal or internal career education and to use account/client features for their intended authorized purpose.
Without CSP's written permission, you may not reproduce or sell substantial CSP content; publish CSP private materials; remove ownership notices; copy the platform to create a competing product; scrape or systematically extract CSP content; use automated tools to harvest protected content or user data; or use CSP proprietary content to train, fine-tune, or build a commercial machine-learning or artificial-intelligence dataset or model.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of CSP trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, or proprietary methodologies.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use CSP online services to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- submit malware, malicious code, fraudulent information, or material you are not authorized to provide;
- interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass, or defeat platform security or access controls except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization to act for an artist, client, company, or project;
- harvest personal information or private project information;
- use private streams, files, review links, or client materials outside their authorized purpose; or
- use CSP content or systems in a way that materially harms CSP, another user, or the integrity of the platform.
10. Paid services, proposals, payments, and project terms
Website descriptions are general and may change. A service-discovery pathway is not a price list, guaranteed package, or binding offer.
When CSP proposes paid work, the applicable scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revision terms, start conditions, ownership or license terms, cancellation/refund terms, project responsibilities, and other material conditions should be stated in the proposal, service agreement, invoice, authorization, or other written terms for that engagement.
Do not rely on an old article, cached page, search result, social post, or prior client arrangement as the current price or scope for your project.
Any financing, installment, in-house payment arrangement, or other payment accommodation offered by CSP is subject to its own eligibility and written terms. Nothing on the general website guarantees approval or access to a payment arrangement.
11. Third-party platforms and links
CSP uses or links to third-party services where they support a feature, such as Vercel for public website infrastructure, AWS for CSP production infrastructure, Google Calendar for consultation scheduling, Vimeo for video, and social-media platforms for external CSP profiles.
Third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. CSP is not responsible for an external site's independent content, availability, security, or practices merely because CSP links to it.
12. Educational information is not legal, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice
CSP provides artist-development, music-business education, strategy, production, promotion, and related entertainment-industry services. General website content and Assessment output are educational and strategic information.
Unless CSP expressly identifies a separately engaged licensed professional acting in that professional capacity, nothing on the website creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, therapist-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
For legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, or other regulated advice, consult an appropriately licensed professional who can evaluate your specific circumstances.
13. Results, availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
No guaranteed entertainment-industry outcome
Music and entertainment outcomes depend on many factors outside CSP's control. CSP does not guarantee chart placement, radio airplay, playlist placement, press coverage, audience growth, streaming totals, sales, revenue, awards, signing, touring opportunities, investment, or career success merely because you use the website, complete an Assessment, attend a consultation, or purchase a service.
Website availability
We work to keep CSP online services accurate, secure, and available, but websites, APIs, hosting providers, calendars, video platforms, internet connections, and third-party services can experience errors or downtime. Free public website and educational features are provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, free public website or platform features. Nothing in these Terms limits a responsibility that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here replaces a liability or remedy expressly stated in a signed service agreement governing paid work.
You remain responsible for decisions you make about your career, spending, releases, contracts, collaborators, and use of third-party services.
14. Governing law and disputes
These general website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding concerning these Terms that is not controlled by a separate written CSP agreement must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to proceed elsewhere.
A signed CSP agreement may contain its own dispute-resolution or venue terms. If so, those specific terms control disputes arising from that agreement.
Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. CSP's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
15. Changes to these Terms
CSP may update these Terms as the website, Artist Platform, business model, or law changes. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current published version. Material changes will be handled with any additional notice or consent required by law.
Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. A change to these general Terms does not silently rewrite a signed project agreement.
