Audit Preparation
This form is not a test and it is not a pitch. It is simply the organized intake step that allows our team to evaluate your music and assets properly and prepare your audit report with clear recommendations.
Before you start, please take a few minutes to prep your materials so you can complete the form in one sitting.
How to prepare your files
- Create one main folder in Google Drive (or Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive).
Suggested folder name: “Artist Audit Prep” - Inside that folder, create these subfolders:
- Music
- Visuals (photos, cover art, graphics)
- Video (if applicable)
- Press and EPK (optional)
- Business and documents (optional)
- Upload your files and then create share links.
Set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view.”
If a link requires login or permission, we will not be able to review it.
What you should have ready
- Music links: the song or songs you want reviewed (final or current version)
- Visual assets: your best photos, cover art, and any promo graphics
- Video links: music video, lyric video, promo clips, or performance footage (if you have them)
- Platform links: website, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube
- Social links: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and any others you actively use)
- Written goals and challenges: what you are trying to accomplish and what you want to overcome
Time to complete: Most artists finish the preparation form in about 20 to 30 minutes when everything is organized ahead of time.
