Audit Preparation
This form is not a test and it is not a pitch. It is the organized intake step that allows our team to evaluate your music and assets properly and prepare your audit report with clear recommendations.
Before you begin, please take a few minutes to prepare your materials so you can complete the process in one sitting.
How to prepare your files
- Create one main folder in Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or OneDrive.
Suggested folder name: “Artist Audit Prep” - Inside that folder, create these subfolders:
- Music
- Visuals (photos, cover art, graphics)
- Video (if applicable)
- Press and EPK (optional)
- Business and documents (optional)
- Upload your files and create share links.
Set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view.”
Links requiring login or permission cannot be reviewed.
What you should have ready
- Music links: the song or songs you want reviewed
- Visual assets: photos, cover art, and promo graphics
- Video links: music videos, lyric videos, or performance footage
- Platform links: website, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube
- Social links: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others you actively use
- Written goals and challenges: what you are aiming to accomplish and overcome
Time to complete: Most artists finish the preparation process in about 20 to 30 minutes when materials are organized ahead of time.
