How to Prepare for Your Artist Audit

CSP Music Group

Audit Preparation Form

This form collects the materials we need to prepare your Artist Quality Control Audit. Submitting everything here helps us review your project efficiently and ensures your consultation time is spent on feedback, strategy, and next steps, not link collecting.

Why This Preparation Form Matters

This preparation form allows our team to evaluate your project accurately and efficiently before your Artist Quality Control Audit is performed.

Rather than spending your consultation time collecting links or background details, this step ensures everything we need is organized in advance. This allows us to focus fully on quality, readiness, and strategy during the audit itself.

The more complete your submission, the more precise and actionable your final audit report will be.

Cloud links only. All materials must be submitted via cloud storage links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or OneDrive. Please verify that all links are accessible without requiring login permissions. No direct file uploads are accepted.

How the Audit Process Works

Once you submit this form, our team will review your materials internally and complete your Artist Quality Control Audit based on the audit type you selected.

Each audit evaluates your project across specific categories tied to your current stage as an artist. These may include music quality, visual presentation, digital presence, performance readiness, business structure, and long term growth factors.

Each section is assessed independently, then combined into an overall readiness score. You will not see or complete the scoring portion. That process is handled internally to ensure objectivity.

Most artists complete this form in approximately 20 to 30 minutes when materials are prepared in advance.

Audit Types and What They Measure

Foundation ReadinessFoundation Readiness Audit

This audit focuses on your core presentation and fundamentals. It evaluates whether your music, visuals, branding, and digital presence meet professional baseline standards. This option is best for artists preparing for early releases or building their foundation correctly before promotion.

Development ReadinessDevelopment Readiness Audit

This audit is a deeper, executive level evaluation. In addition to foundational elements, it reviews video content, performance readiness, team structure, and career momentum. This option is designed for artists preparing for a professional rollout, media exposure, or higher level opportunities.

ExecutiveOversightExecutive Oversight or Expansion Review

This audit evaluates scalability. It looks at financial readiness, intellectual property protection, fan engagement depth, and monetization infrastructure. This option is intended for artists actively expanding or preparing for label level growth.

Understanding Your Readiness Score

Your audit will result in a readiness score and classification such as Low, Moderate, or High readiness.

This score is not a judgment of talent. It reflects how prepared your project is for professional exposure and investment based on industry standards.

The score helps identify:

  • Where your strongest assets currently are
  • What gaps could limit momentum
  • What should be addressed before advancing

What You Will Receive After the Audit

After the audit is completed, you will receive a written readiness report that includes:

  • A clear readiness classification
  • Strengths and areas that are already industry ready
  • Specific gaps or below standard areas
  • Prioritized recommendations for improvement
  • Guidance on next steps based on your goals

This report is designed to give you clarity, direction, and confidence moving forward.
