At CSP Music Group, our service agreement process is designed to provide clarity, structure, and transparency for every artist we work with. Our agreements outline the specific services included, payment terms, timelines, and any additional provisions relevant to your project. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables throughout the course of our partnership.

Our Process

Before proceeding with any services, it is essential to review and complete our Service Agreement form. This form will guide you through the necessary information we require to set up your account, outline selected services, and establish payment terms. Here’s how the process works:

  • Step 1: Review the service list and ensure the selected services match the invoice provided to you.
  • Step 2: Complete the agreement form with accurate information, including service selections, payment terms, and desired start dates.
  • Step 3: Once submitted, a copy of the full agreement will be emailed to you for your records.
  • Step 4: Proceed with the ACH Payment Form to finalize the payment setup and complete the onboarding process.

Important Information:

Please note that the services selected on the form must align with the invoice provided to you. Any additional services requested will require an updated invoice and potential adjustments to the agreement. Be sure to review all terms carefully before submission.
